The hotel is very modern and clean. The rooftop pool and bar provide a great experience. Staff members were helpful and knowledgeable. The location is central, with transport very close by.

sewage systemhallway noise
the bathroom had a seriously bad smell, i think it was from the sewage system. i told them, but they just sprayed air freshener instead of fixing it. also, i could hear a lot of noise from the hallway and other doors? it was annoying!

the front desk staff was helpful. they accommodated my early arrival with a quick room turnaround. the location was also prime. it was right next to a metro station. the inside of the hotel was very clean. the rooftop bar was pleasant.
i wasn't informed that the pool was closed. the website also lacked this information. my family room didn't have enough mirrors. the only mirror was on the bathroom door. more mirrors on the wardrobe doors would be helpful.

adequate stay with some setbacks
low pressureinadequate soundproofing
i found the shower pressure disappointingly low it was difficult to rinse thoroughly the bathroom lighting was also quite dim making it hard to see properly in addition the noise insulation was not adequate i could clearly hear sounds from the hallway and the adjacent rooms this made it difficult to relax and sleep soundly i expect better soundproofing in a hotel of this standard these issues impacted my overall experience negatively
